These antibodies have substitutions in each of a first CH3 domain, a second CH3 domain, a CHI domain and a CL domain, wherein these substitutions introduce a charged amino acid electrostatically favourable to homodimer formation and unfavourable to heterodimer formation, or unfavourable to homodimer formation and favourable to heterodimer formation. Also claimed are heterodimeric bispecific antibodies binding sclerostin and DKK- 1 (Dickkopf related protein-1). Nucleic acids encoding the antibodies, vectors and host cells comprising these nucleic acids, compositions comprising the antibodies, nucleic acids, vectors or cells and use of these compositions in increasing bone mineral density are also claimed.
