PURPOSE: A konjac manufacturing process is provided to save personal costs and facility investments and to reduce the production time by removing any unnecessary processes. CONSTITUTION: A konjac manufacturing process comprises the steps of; (1) a stirring process in which 1000 L of 40°;C purified water and 40 kg of a konjac powder are stirred in a stirrer for about 10 minutes, (2) a mixing process in which the mixture is left in a hopper for about 50 minutes and then 0.2% of calcium hydroxide is mixed thereto, (3) a washing process and (4) a measuring process for washing and measuring the resultant at a desired weight, (7) a packing process in which 100°;C of 600g/800g of calcium hydroxide purified water solution and konjac are packed together, (8) a cooling process in which the package is cooled in water at a temperature of 7°;C for 10 minutes, (9) an examining process in which the resultant is examined through a metal detector, and (10) an outer packaging process in which the product is box packed.
