The present invention has the winder drum operated by a hydraulic motor having a clutch, reducer and power sprayer operated by the hydraulic motor in which a moving vehicle moved by manpower has a reducer. A square shaped front, side and rear support plate composed of the moving vehicle and the corners of the square shaped front, side and rear support plate are fabricated and connected by a connection pipe. The moving vehicle has wheels. On the upper surface of the moving vehicle, a power sprayer supporter, hydraulic motor supporter, and hydraulic valve supporter are formed to place the hydraulic motor having the reducer and power sprayer and hydraulic valve. At the center part of moving vehicle body, the winder drum is mounted on and is operated by the hydraulic motor having the reducer and clutch.
