PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which enables a release of negative ions and a selection of an arbitrary scent out of a plurality of scent sources for generating the scent, provides an appropriate amount of the scent to be generated in a wide range from the inside of a small room to the inside of a large room, deodorizes the residual scent after enjoying the scent, and purifies the indoor air.
SOLUTION: A body cover 30 which has an ion diffusion port 31, a scent diffusion port 32, and a peripheral surface coated with a visible light responding type photocatalyst is mounted on an upper surface of a body base 10. Air inlet/air blow means and control means 28 are provided in the body base 10. An air blowing cylinder 15 is raised upward from the body base 10, and an ion generating unit 24 and a plurality of actuator units 60 having an aroma chemical unit 40 are mounted on the upper end of the air blowing cylinder. The release of the negative ions, the discharge and the stop of the favorite scent out of a plurality of the scents, and the amount of the scent to be generated are controlled by controlling power distribution to a shape-memory alloy wire.
