Disclosed are a cultivator simulated driving system and a cultivator simulated driving method using the same, capable of matching a movement of a cultivator model and that of a cultivator image disposed on a virtual reality. The cultivator simulated driving system comprises a cultivator simulated driving device, a tracker unit, a tracker tracking unit, and a main control device. The cultivator simulated driving device provides a cultivator model for performing cultivator simulated driving, and generates driving manipulation information in accordance with the cultivator simulated driving. The tracker unit includes first and second model trackers. The tracker tracking unit generates model tracker position information by tracking positions of the first and second model trackers. The main control device realizes a three-dimensional cultivator model corresponding to the cultivator model in a virtual reality, controls the movement of the three-dimensional cultivator model using the driving manipulation information provided by the cultivator simulated driving device, and matches the movement of the three-dimensional cultivator model with that of the cultivator model using the model tracker position information provided by the tracker tracking unit.
