The present invention relates to an intrapulmonary mark that indicates the location of a lesion in the lung, the intrapulmonary mark including an inflating structure for marking by expanding in a diametrical direction when the compression device is removed. The intrapulmonary feature of the present invention includes an inflated structure. When diagnosing the lung and detecting the position of the lesion, the in-pulmonary mark is sent to the position of the lesion by a common guide tube or a dedicated transport device. When the inflating structure expands at the position of the lesion, the pulmonary mark is fixed in this position. Thus, when performing a surgical operation, the surgeon can accurately and quickly grasp the position of the lesion, shorten the time of the operation, reduce the area of resection, and improve the patient's post-operative quality of life.
