PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test blood container which does not cause a variation in the amount of initial flow blood collected in the container, can secure a minimum collection amount, and does not cause air entrainment even when initial flow blood flows out to a testing instrument in a state that the test blood container is laid horizontally, and to provide a blood collecting instrument equipped with the test blood container.SOLUTION: A test blood container 1A includes a container body unit 2 having an internal space 3 for pooling initial flow blood, a blood inflow port 5 for allowing the initial flow blood to flow in, a blood outflow port for allowing the initial flow blood to flow out, a blood collection unit 21 connected to the blood outflow port for collecting the initial flow blood, and a first exhaust unit 7 which has a hydrophilic bacteria impermeable first filter 12 and discharges air in the internal space 3. The blood collection unit 21 includes a needle assembly and a holder 22, to one end of which the needle assembly is installed, and into the other end of which a testing instrument for storing the initial flow blood is inserted.
