The invention relates to a fitness apparatus for reflexology meant for physical training of persons wanting to be in good health and possess a special vital force. According to the invention, the apparatus, in its structure, resembles a bicycle with the difference that it has four pedals instead of two, two on one side and two on the other side, said pedals representing a support for fixing two metal shoes (4), each bearing 1/2 kg of river pebbles the size of pigeons egg, for the work position the user seats on a saddle (20) with his bare feet on the pebbles in the metal shoes (4), with one hand on the handlebar grip (2) and with the other hand moves the smaller river pebbles from a metal tray (10), thereby there being obtained the pedalling motion and the reflexology treatment by means of river pebbles in the shoes (4) and tray (10), a cable (21) connects the metal system to the ground, the earthing being achieved in a more simple way by the connection to a water tap, by employing said apparatus for reflexology there is simulated an outdoor running in bare feet on the ground, by contacting the ground there being obtained an energy which gives to the person practicing the reflexology a good tonus, the apparatus being employed throughout the year.Invenţia se referă la un aparat fitness pentru reflexoterapie, destinat pentru antrenarea fizică a persoanelor care doresc să fie sănătoase şi să dispună de o forţă vitală deosebită. Aparatul conform invenţiei, prin structura sa, se aseamănă cu o bicicletă, cu deosebirea că în loc de două pedale are patru, două pe o parte şi două pe cealaltă parte, sunt suport a doi papuci (4) metalici, care au rolul de a susţine nişte pietre de râu de mărimea oului de porumbel, şi câte 1/2 Kg în fiecare papuc, în poziţie de lucru, utilizatorul aşezându-se pe o şa (20), cu picioarele desculţe pe pietrele din papucii (4) metalici, cu o mână pe un ghidon (2) şi cu cealaltă mână se mişcă pietrele de râu mai mici, dintr-o tavă (10) metalică,
