The present invention relates to an armpit sweat sheet, and more particularly, to an armpit sweat sheet that is formed of a synthetic resin material that is thin, transparent, highly sweat-absorbing, and highly breathable, wherein the armpit sweat sheet is barely visible from the outside, causes little discomfort to a wearer, is prevented from being easily detached from the clothes of a wearer, maintains breathability while absorbing sweat generated in the armpit, prevents sweat marks from being made in the armpit portion of the clothes that are being worn, and is capable of preventing contamination and odor due to sweat. The present invention adopts a sheet formed of a polyurethane elastomer material that is highly absorbent and highly breathable and is thus thin and transparent. In addition, the entire sheet can absorb sweat even when a large amount of sweat is discharged from the armpit.
