PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for a power mower preventing flying of a pebble or the like, the wear of a cutting edge or the damage of a mower itself even in the case of missing a stone or the like hidden in grass or the like to be mown although reducing and avoiding the wear and damage of the cutting edge by keeping the cutter away from a hard object such as the stone that damages the cutter and from a hard trunk or the like to be cut down.SOLUTION: The cutter for the power mower is structured to mow soft grass or the like with swinging cutters 1, to cut down the hard trunk or the like with a circular cutter 2 because the swinging cutters 1 receive the impact of a collision against the hard trunk or the like and are pushed into the plane of the circular cutter 2 and to cope with the stone 9 or the like by absorbing the impact of the collision by the swinging cutters 1 to avoid the stone 9 or the like by the two-stage action of the swinging cutters 1 and the circular cutter 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】刃物を傷める石など硬い物や刈り取るべき硬い幹などは刃物を避けて刃先の摩耗や破損を軽減、回避しているが、刈り取る草などの陰に隠れて石など見落とした場合でも、小石などを跳ね飛ばしたり、刃先を摩耗させたり、あるいは草刈り機そのものを破損させたりしない動力草刈り機の刃物を提供する。【解決手段】柔らかい草などは揺れ動く刃物1で刈り取り、硬い幹などは揺れ動く刃物1が衝突の衝撃を受けて円形状刃物2の平面内に押し込まれるので、円形状刃物2で刈り取り、石9などの場合は揺れ動く刃物1が衝突の衝撃を吸収し揺れ動く刃物1と円形状刃物2との二段回の作用で避けるように対応する構造とする。【選択図】図3
