The present invention relates to a method for predicting susceptibility to sorafenib treatment by using an SULF2 gene, and a composition for treatment of sorafenib-resistant cancer using the SULF2 expression inhibition. Le procédé de prédiction de la susceptibilité au traitement par sorafénib à l'aide du gène SULF2 selon la présente invention peut permettre d'obtenir un effet thérapeutique optimal par l'administration d'un médicament approprié pour des patients cancéreux, et la composition pour le traitement du cancer résistant au sorafénib à l'aide de l'inhibition de SULF2 présente un excellent effet de traitement anticancéreux.본 발명은 SULF2 유전자를 이용하여 소라페닙 치료에 대한 감수성을 예측하는 방법 및 SULF2 발현 억제를 이용한 소라페닙 내성암 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 SULF2 유전자를 이용한 소라페닙 치료에 대한 감수성을 예측하는 방법은 암 환자에게 적합한 약물을 투여하여 최적의 치료 효과를 달성할 수 있도록 하며, SULF2 억제를 이용한 소라페닙 내성암 치료용 조성물은 항암 치료 효과가 매우 우수하다.
