A method for real-time dose reconstruction during radiotherapy or particle therapy, such as proton therapy, from a radiotherapy/particle therapy beam source, comprising the steps: a) selecting one or more points in the space exposed to radiotherapy/particle therapy b) projecting at least one of the points to at least one plane intersected by the central axis of a radiotherapy/particle therapy beam projecting from the radiotherapy/particle therapy beam source c) calculating dose in the plane(s) generated by the radiotherapy/particle therapy beam d) depth scaling the dose in the plane from the projected points to the selected points, thereby obtaining delivered doses in the selected points and e) iteratively repeating the above steps b)-d).Linvention concerne un procédé de reconstruction de dose en temps réel pendant une radiothérapie ou thérapie par particules, comme la thérapie protonique, à partir dune source de faisceau de radiothérapie/thérapie par particules, comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) sélectionner un ou plusieurs points dans lespace dexposition à la radiothérapie/thérapie par particules b) projeter au moins lun des points à au moins un plan coupé par laxe central dun faisceau de radiothérapie/thérapie sortant de la source de faisceau de radiothérapie/thérapie par particules c) calculer la dose dans le(s) plan(s) généré(s) par le faisceau de radiothérapie/thérapie par particules d) mettre à léchelle la dose dans le plan entre les points projetés et les points sélectionnés, ce qui permet dobtenir des doses délivrées dans les points sélectionnés et e) répéter de manière itérative les étapes ci-dessus b)-d).
