PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measurement device (a bedside monitor) which secures the reliability of operation and permits flexible enhancement of measurement functions.SOLUTION: A biological information measurement device has: a first calculation processing unit 13 which operates on a first OS (an embedded OS) 11, calculates and processes first biological information which is measured by a first measurement unit 21, and creates a first calculation processing signal and a second calculation processing unit 14 which operates on a second OS (a general-purpose OS) 12 which permits high function enhancement, and creates a second calculation processing signal by using the first calculation processing signal which is transmitted from the first calculation processing unit 13.
