Also, the environmental control system associates a degree of risk and a priority corresponding to the degree of risk with the control information showing a content of a control signal and an output destination as measures to the unsafe condition every unsafe condition, and stores it in a correspondence DB2. Also, the environmental control system reads the unsafe condition and the degree of risk from the unsafe condition DB1 based on the feature value acquired from the environment and the living body, reads the control information from the correspondence DB2 based on the unsafe condition and the degree of risk, and outputs the control signal to a home appliance 20 based on the control information. The home appliance 20 is operated by the control signal and controls the environment.
