A self-generating foot state sensing system is suitable for connecting with an interface unit signal. The self-powered foot state sensing system includes at least one piezoelectric unit, a power storage unit, an arithmetic unit, and a wireless transmission unit. The at least one piezoelectric unit generates at least one pressure signal according to a foot pressure and is made of a piezoelectric material to generate electrical energy. The power storage unit receives and stores electrical energy. The arithmetic unit generates a foot pressure signal according to the at least one pressure signal. The wireless transmission unit generates a wireless signal according to the foot pressure signal and transmits the wireless signal to the interface unit. Both the arithmetic unit and the wireless transmission unit are capable of operating by supplying electrical energy to the power storage unit.
