In some embodiments, a method of repairing damaged tissue may include injecting a first portion of biological material through a first opening in fluid communication with a first end of at least two first channels. In some embodiments, the method may include injecting a second portion of biological material through a third opening in fluid communication with a first end of a sheath. At least a portion of the first channels may be positionable in at least a portion of the sheath. The method may include coupling at least a portion of the sheath and/or at least a portion of at least one of the first channels to at least a portion of a damaged tissue in a human.
