The present invention relates to formulations suitable for release of the active ingredient over a prolonged period of time. The concept according to the present invention provides a formulation comprising a morphologically stable portion wherein the morphologically stable portion does not dissolve on top of the juice juice for several hours after the patient has ingested the formulation. In this respect, the morphologically stable portion may remain on top of it without being dissolved until it passes over by a "housekeeper wave ". The other part of the formulation is formed in such a way that the patient dissolves in a short time after ingesting in the same way.
