FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapeutic dentistry and can be used for treating periapical abscesses without fistula. Carious cavity is prepared, the cavity of the tooth is opened, access to the root canals, enlargement of their mouth, removal of the pulp disintegration, cleaning of the root canals of the tooth, their treatment with medicinal preparations, wide opening of the apical opening of the tooth, behind which the periapical inflammation center is located. It involves mechanical and drug-induced removal of periapical pathological exudative formations in the periapical inflammation focus through a root canal. That is followed by the introduction of drug bandages with Pulposeptin preparation for 7 days under a temporary filling into the periapical destruction center. At the second stage of the treatment, removing the time filling and the root medicamentous dressings, using the ALChT-ELOMED laser apparatus at wave length 730 nm using the light guide with a conical end and the dose of the supplied light energy of 180–250 J/cm2 for irradiation of root canal of tooth 3 times for 1 second. After that, "Emalan" is introduced for 2 weeks； the tooth is closed with glass-ionomer cement. At the third stage, protocol-based filling constant is performed.
