The present invention relates to a covering device. The covering device can be easily towed even through little power, is actively treated according to the shape of a ridge, covers a plastic sheet, and covers soil on both edges of the plastic sheet. The covering device according to the present invention comprises: an installation unit； a handle separated at a predetermined interval from the installation unit； a frame including a connection unit for connecting the installation unit and the handle； wheels installed in both rear sides of the installation unit, and rolled along the ground； supports installed in both sides of the installation unit, having a winding roll mounted thereto and having plastic sheets wound thereon to cover a ridge, and guiding fixed rotation of the winding roll to release the plastic sheets； pressing units installed in both front sides of the installation unit, and rotated while pressing both edges of the plastic sheets released from a winding roll mounted on the supports； and an electrical power unit installed on the installation unit, and providing rotation electrical power to the wheels.본 발명은 피복기에 관한 것으로, 적은 힘으로도 용이하게 견인할 수 있으며, 두둑의 형태에 따라 능동적으로 대처하여 비닐을 피복한 다음 비닐의 양 가장자리를 복토할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한다.본 발명에 따른 피복기는, 설치부, 상기 설치부와 일정간격 이격되는 핸들, 상기 설치부와 핸들을 연결하는 연결부를 포함하는 프레임,상기 설치부의 후방 양측에 설치되고 지면을 따라 구름 이동되는 바퀴,상기 설치부의 양측에 설치되며 두둑을 덮기 위한 비닐이 권취된 권취롤이 장착되며, 상기 권취롤의 제자리 회전을 안내하여 비닐이 풀리도록 하는 지지구,상기 설치부의 전방 양측에 설치되고 상기 지지구에 장착된 권취롤에서 풀려지는 비닐의 양 가장자리를 가압하면서 회전되는 가압부,상기 설치부에 설치되고 상기 바퀴에 회전동력을 제공하는 동력부를 포함포함한다.
