PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide adult neural stem cells and various adult pluripotent cells for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, and new methods and compositions for treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.SOLUTION: There are provided methods and compositions for the use of marrow adherent stem cells and their descendants, e.g., bone marrow-derived neural regenerating cells, in the treatment of various neurodegenerative disorders.
