More detailed, the invention relates to a procedure for preparing the products from any of the micro-organisms specified below, or from the mixture thereof. Furthermore, the invention relates to a procedure for the creation of the cultures of the micro-organisms to be used. Subject of the invention are the micro-organisms themselves, as well.
