The present invention relates to an endoscope apparatus for testing sudden hearing loss for microcirculation imaging. According to the present invention, the endoscope apparatus for testing sudden hearing loss for microcirculation imaging comprises: an endoscope module including a probe which is inserted into an ear and emits a light entering from the outside to an affected area, and a body unit having an optical cable connector which is connected to the probe and allows the light to enter the same and a camera connector to photograph the affected area； and a drilling module which is coupled to the endoscope module, and includes a first tube into which the probe is inserted during coupling, a second tube coupled to the exterior of the first tube in parallel, a scalpel which is embedded in the second tube and drills an eardrum when protruding from the second tube, and a trigger unit to allow a portion of the scalpel to protrude out of the second tube when an external force is applied.
