PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spread floor suitable for livestock farming, especially for pig farming, by a material having little agrochemical contamination, and besides by utilizing a raw material procurable easily and inexpensively, by a material having little agrochemical contamination and suitable for livestock farming, especially for pig farming, and besides by utilizing a raw material procurable easily and inexpensively.SOLUTION: Healthy and safe pigs are bred by utilizing a malt obtained by performing a fermentation treatment based on waste bamboos which become unnecessary, shochu waste liquid or the like for a pig feed or a bedding of a pig farming house. Bamboos are pulverized, and bamboo powder subjected to lactic acid fermentation is blended into the feed to arrange an intestinal environment of pigs by the effect of lactic acid, and to thereby heighten immune strength against disease.【課題】農薬汚染の少ない素材で、しかも、安易にかつ安価に調達できる原材料を活用して、畜産特に養豚に適す農薬汚染の少ない素材で、しかも、安易にかつ安価に調達できる原材料を活用して、畜産特に養豚に適す敷床を提供する。【解決手段】不要となった廃棄竹と、焼酎廃液などをベースに発酵処理した麹を豚の飼料や養豚舎の敷料に活用して、健康で安全な豚に飼育する。竹を粉砕して、乳酸発酵させた竹粉を飼料に配合して、乳酸効果で豚の腸内環境を整えて病気に対する免疫力を高める。【選択図】図３
