When indocyanine green is administered, an operator manipulates an input unit so that the input unit sends to a controller a signal indicating that indocyanine green has been administered to a subject. When the controller receives the signal indicating that indocyanine green has been administered to the subject, a light source controller turns a fluorescent light source on, and then off after a lapse of a predetermined time.
