Disclosed is a method of producing multiple haemostatic aggregates, according to which initial cellulose material is ground, which is an oxidized cellulose tissue, oxidized cellulose nonwoven material, crushed oxidized cellulose material or combinations thereof, with formation of intermediate fine fibers, which are further moistened to water content of 11.0–20.0 wt% and compacted on rolls to form haemostatic aggregates, which are then sieved to withdraw the target fraction and are dehydrated, at that, target fraction includes 75–300 mcm aggregates or aggregates with following distribution profile: d15 is more than or equal to 80 mcm, d50 is from 140 to 250 mcm, d90 is less than or equal to 370 mcm.
