PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a novel image formation lens system for use in an endoscope device.SOLUTION: An image formation lens system for an endoscope device is an image formation lens system used in an endoscope device that forms an in vivo state on a light reception plane of an image pickup element to acquire an in vivo image, and includes: an objective system section that is inserted in vivo and an enlargement lens system section.
