PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system for a visually handicapped person which efficiently and accurately reports visual spatial information indispensable to the visually handicapped person who is a user through the auditory sense, and enables to the user simply and naturally recognize.SOLUTION: The navigation system for the visually handicapped person 1 of this invention is the navigation system for the visually handicapped person using a cellular phone network or the cellular phone network and GPS.
