The present invention relates to a hydrogel product which comprises an anionic polymer having an average molecular weight of 100 kDa to 1,000 kDa and dextran substituted with an amine group, wherein the anionic polymer and dextran are grafted and a cationic functional group is complexed to the main chain of the anionic polymer, and a method for manufacturing the same. The hydrogel product is excellent in stability and adhesiveness in a living body while reducing water absorption of the hydrogel itself so as to have a wide range of applications.본 발명은 하이드로겔 생성물에 있어서, 상기 하이드로겔 생성물은 평균분자량이 100kDa 내지 1,000kDa의 음이온성 폴리머 및 아민기로 치환된 덱스트란을 포함하며, 상기 음이온성 폴리머와 덱스트란은 그라프트 되어 있으며, 상기 음이온성 폴리머는 주쇄에 양이온성 관능기가 컴플렉스화된, 하이드로겔 생성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 상기 하이드로겔 생성물은 생체내 안정성 및 점착성이 우수한 동시에 하이드로젤 자체의 물 흡수도를 감소시켜 생체내 적용범위가 광범위하다.
