PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for attaching an eyelet in a situation where an attachment object is in a limited work space such as a cylinder bottom. SOLUTION: A pedestal 1 of a J-shaped eyelet metal fitting and a punch component 2 which moves by a feed screw mechanism are connected by a rail, and a screw mechanism is operated by applying a rotational force to the press tip of the punch component to form the eyelet metal fitting. The pressure is applied to fix the eyelet. In order to improve operability in a limited work area, the eyelet fitting is attached to the pedestal via the adapter 3, and the washer is attached to the punch component via the holder 4. By moving the punch part along the rail, the washer is pressed against the object to be attached, and the relative position between the pedestal and the punch part is fixed. In this state, the press tip of the punch component is pushed in the long axis direction by being rotated by the feed screw mechanism, and the valgus deforming force is applied to the eyelet fitting to fix the eyelet.
