The present invention is characterized in that the drying apparatus for agricultural products comprises a heating unit (10) radiating heat drying trays (20) storing agricultural products and laminated with at least one and a foldable cover (30) facilitating storage after use and covering the drying trays (20) to prevent the loss of heat radiated from the heating unit (10).
