To provide a skin stimulator capable of easily applying a moderate stimulus to a proper region without use of electric power, and a skin stimulation method.SOLUTION: A tip stimulation part 112 is formed in a planar shape with a section width almost equivalent to a width of one hair at the tip of a stimulation projection 111. Thus, the stimulation projection can stimulate the skin without piercing the skin.
