PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber sheet which hardly inhibits a flexure movement of a portion even when the fiber sheet is wound to a portion where flexure movement and extension movement are performed, such as a joint part, and a bandage using the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: a fiber sheet in which, when a thickness of single sheet measured according to an A method of JIS L 1913 is T1(mm), and thickness when the three sheets are laminated measured according to the same condition is T3(mm), a following formula {T3/(3×T1)}×100≤85(%), is satisfied and a bandage using the same.
