The present invention relates to a microbial biopreparation consisting of two bacterial strains,with bio-stimulating effect, which may be applied on the seed, plantlet or on soil, and to a process for obtaining the same. According to the invention, the microbial biopreparation consists of the strains of bacteria promoting the growth of the plants Pantoea agglomerans G8 (NCAIM (P) B 0011393), and the Serratia fonticola B17 strain (NCAIM (P) B 0011399), isolated from the nodosities of the leguminous plants of Trefolium alpestre L. and of the tissue of the Bryophita, associated in a gravimetric ratio of 1 : 1. The process for obtaining the microbial biopreparation consists in obtaining an inoculum by culturing the Pantoea agglomerans G8 strain on media comprising molasses as a carbon source, corn extract, ammonium sulphate as nitrogen sources and mineral salts, at a temperature of 28°C for 24 h and culturing the Serratia fonticola B17 strain on media containing saccharose as a carbon source, soy flour as a nitrogen source and mineral salts, at a temperature of 28°C for 24 h, while stirring, mixing the two obtained biomasses in a 1 : 1 gravimetric ratio.Prezenta invenţie se referă la un biopreparat microbian cu efect biostimulant, care se poate aplica pe sămânţă, pe plantulă sau pe sol, constituit din două tulpini bacteriene, şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acestuia.
