SOLUTION: Red-color light-emitting elements 21R, green-color light-emitting elements 21G, and blue-color light-emitting elements 21B are sealed in a package with a ratio of the intensity of the red-color light that of the green-color light and that of the blue-color light of nearly as 4:1:1.
