PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structure puncture instrument allowing accurate control of a puncture position and direction to a pedicle when forming a pilot hole in the pedicle of a spine.SOLUTION: This puncture instrument includes: a puncture needle 2 for forming the pilot hole and a basis bar 3 which is provided at a prescribed angle from the puncture needle and is a basis for leading the puncture needle 2 to a desired position at a desired angle.
