The present invention relates to an image inducing device using a radiation detector for surgery. More specifically, the image inducing device comprises: a first detector module which is disposed at the bottom of a bed having a top where an object is disposed, and detects gamma lines generated from an interested area of the object； a plurality of second detector modules which are separated at particular distances in an upward direction from the object, are disposed to face and correspond to the first detector module, and detects gamma lines generated from the interested area of the object； a control unit which discerns an object area in the interested area based on gamma lines detected by means of the first detector module and second detector modules so that images showing the discerned object area are generated； and a beam radiating unit which faces the second detector modules or is disposed to be separated at a particular distance from therefrom and receives the images in order to be projected on the object area that the control unit discerns. By means of such a structure, the image inducing device using a radiation detector for surgery of the present invention visually displays tumor in an affected area of a patient during a tumor-removing surgery, so that only the tumor can be induced to be accurately removed.본 발명은 방사선 검출기를 이용한 수술용 영상 유도 기기에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 대상체가 상부에 위치하는 베드의 하부에 배치되며, 상기 대상체의 관심영역으로부터 발생된 감마선을 검출하는 제1 검출기모듈； 상기 대상체로부터 상부 방향으로 일정거리 이격되어, 상기 제1 검출기모듈과 서로 마주보며 대응하도록 배치되며, 상기 대상체의 관심영역으로부터 발생된 감마선을 검출하는 복수 개의 제2 검출기모듈； 상기 제1 검출기모듈 및 제2 검출기모듈이 검출한 감마선에 기초하여 상기 관심영역 내 대상영역을 판단한 후, 판단한 대상영역을 나타내는 영상을 생성하는 제어부； 및 상기 제2 검출기모듈에 맞닿거나, 일정거리 이격되어 배치되고, 상기 제어부로부터 상기 영상을 수신하여, 상기 제어부가 판단한 대상영역으로 수신한 영상을 투사하는 빔투사부；를 포함한다. 이러한 구성에 의해, 본 발명의 방사선 검출기를 이용한 수술용 영상 유도 기기는 종양제거 수술 시 환자의 환부 내 종양을 시각적으로 표시함으로써, 종양만을 정확하게 제거할 수 있도록 유도할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
