The support stent is inserted into the circumference of a rear cylindrical body in which a pipe expanding unit is formed through a hollow hole(32). Both ends of the support stent are interlinked by a fastening wire(33). In the surface of the support stent, a medical third film(34) is coated. The support stent supports the inner wall of the duodenum.본 발명은 위를 지난 음식물에 담즙이나 이자액의 혼합을 차단하여 십이지장에서의 영양분 흡수를 방지한 상태로 소장으로 유동시켜 소장의 소화운동을 통해 소화 및 영양분이 흡수됨으로써 영양분 흡수률을 최소화하여 비만을 예방할 수 있는 비만 비만도 완화 전용 스텐트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 확관부를 양쪽에 갖는형상기억합금스텐트, 상기 확관부가 형성된 형상기억합금스텐트의 끝단 외주면으로 중앙을 관통하는 중공홀이 형성된 둥근 구 형상의 지지스텐트를 끼워 양 끝단을 체결선으로 지그재그로 묶어서 연결하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하여； 위의 끝단부터 십이지장을 통해 소장의 초입에 설치하여 음식물의 영양분을 십이지장에서 흡수되지 않고 소장에서만 소량 흡수하도록 하여 영양분의 과다 흡수를 방지하여 비만을 예방할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
