The invention relates to a co-micronisation product comprising: an active principle selected from the group containing ulipristal acetate, a metabolite thereof and mixtures of same, and a pharmaceutically acceptable solid surfactant. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the co-micronisation product and to the therapeutic uses thereof.La présente invention a pour objet un produit de co-micronisation comprenant un principe actif choisi parmi le groupe constitué par l'ulipristal acétate, un métabolite de l'ulipristal acétate et leurs mélanges, et un surfactant solide acceptable sur le plan pharmaceutique. L'invention concerne également une composition pharmaceutique comprenant ledit produit de co-micronisation et ses utilisations thérapeutiques.
