According to the present invention, the plate-shaped artificial blood vessel stent unit includes: plate-shaped artificial blood vessel woven with a Teflon fabric； and a plate-shaped metal stent unit which is formed by etching a metal plate through a photolithography process and is shaped into a cylindrical shape as a shape memory metal material. The plate-shaped artificial blood vessel has a flap unit extended to exceed the diameter width (circumferential width) of the metal stent unit. The plate-shaped artificial blood vessel fixes suture threads onto the metal stent unit. The artificial blood vessel is inserted into the lower part or inner part of the metal stent unit. The artificial blood vessel and the metal stent are sealed together to prepare the plate-shaped artificial blood vessel stent unit with the flap unit. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the diameter width of the extra flap unit can be in the range of 20-40% of the diameter width of the metal stent unit. The plate-shaped artificial blood vessel stent unit is designed to be rolled up like a scroll.본 발명에 따른 판형 인조혈관 스텐트는, 테프론 직물로 직조된 판형 인조혈관 및 금속판을 포토리소그래피 공정으로 식각하여 원통형으로 형상기억가공한 판형 금속 스텐트를 포함하는 판형 인조혈관 스텐트로서, 상기 판형의 인조혈관에는 상기 금속 스텐트의 직경 폭(원둘레 폭) 보다 더 연장된 여분의 플랩부가 제공되고, 상기 판형 인조혈관 스텐트는 금속 스텐트에 봉합사를 고정시키고, 인조혈관을 상기 금속 스텐트 내부(하부)에 삽입시키고, 이어서 인조혈관과 금속 스텐트를 봉합시켜서 제조되는 플랩부가 제공된 판형 인조혈관 스텐트 인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따르면, 상기 여분의 플랩부의 직경 폭은 금속 스텐트의 직경 폭의 20~40% 범위로 되고, 상기 판형 인조혈관 스텐트는 두루마리처럼 말려지는 구조로 설계된다.
