A seal-less, hand-held dispensing device for dispensing microliter quantities of a material at a site of a puncture wound having a predetermined dimension of not less than 0.8 mm comprises: a support platform first and second hollow members on the platform and a compatibly sized plunger disposed in each hollow member. The hollow members are positioned on the platform such that a circumscribing circle centered on a point between the hollow members has a diameter that is not greater than about 0.8 mm such that both of the hollow members are insertable into a site of a puncture wound without undue disruption of any tissue matter surrounding the site.
