PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an adverse effect caused by heat generation around a clutch.SOLUTION: A centrifugal clutch 50 is covered by a clutch cover 100A provided in a gear case 100. A fan case 90 is large and made of a resin material in order to reduce weight while the gear case 100 can be made of a metal having high heat resistance and mechanical strength because the gear case 100 or the clutch cover 100A is small.
