The method for predicting diseases comprises: a lung area separating step of separating only a lung area from a lung image photographed by a camera； a lung disease recognizing step of detecting the probability of each condition in a central pixel of each window while moving, by pixel, the window having a user-designated size on the separated lung area and recognizing a condition based on the detected probability of each condition in the central pixel； and a lung pathology predicting step of predicting a lung pathology diagnosis based on a lung condition recognition result.
