A foot stretcher assembly for stretching a foot includes a foot stretcher and a handle. The foot stretcher is configured to receive and stretch a foot. The foot stretcher comprises a first end comprising an arcuate profile and a second end comprising a first coupling. The handle is releasably coupled with the second end of the foot stretcher. Further, the handle comprises a second coupling releasably coupled with the first coupling of the foot stretcher, wherein the handle is configured to extend from the foot stretcher when the handle is coupled with the foot stretcher in an assembled state, wherein the handle is configured to be removed from the foot stretcher in a disassembled state.
