The present invention relates to an air purifying nano silver LED lighting device comprising: a PCB metal substrate on which at least one LED is mounted, and which has a first hole penetrating a central portion； a cover part which has a hemispherical shape with a cylindrical passage through the center corresponding to the first hole and transmits light emitted from the LED to the outside, and which has a first screw thread at the outer side of the bottom end and a structure capable of covering the PCB metal substrate； a body part which has a groove formed at a position spaced from an edge, corresponding to the shape of the PCB metal substrate, to install the PCB metal substrate and a second hole at the center corresponding to the first hole； a first ring which is disposed between the body part and cover pat, and which has a second screw thread to be coupled to the first screw thread by a rotatory motion such that the bottom end portion may be coupled to the body part； an anion generator which is installed inside the body part, and which includes an anion generating probe being exposed to the outside through the first hole, the second hole, and the passage； and a socket part which is coupled to the body part to supply power.
