The present invention relates to a push rod adhesive bandage for promoting blood circulation by applying compression stimulation so that a push rod can adhere to blood vessels in the human body through adhesion thereof. In addition, the present invention relates to a withdrawing device for a push rod adhesive bandage, which can hygienically and cleanly store and use a push rod by attaching adhesive bands to roll-shaped film paper for protecting an adhesive surface thereof such that the adhesive bands are stored in a case having a withdrawing function and can be automatically separated together with the push rod in the process of withdrawing the film paper, and can increase a storage amount of the push rod adhesive bandage in proportion to the length of the film paper. In other words, when a plurality of push rod adhesive bandages are attached at dense intervals to the roll-shaped film paper including a coated surface, the film paper is supported by a bobbin placed in an enclosure and then, the film paper is stored in the case in order to be withdrawn continuously from one end thereof. One side of the case includes a withdrawing port for withdrawing the film paper, and a protrusion for peeling the adhesive bandages together with the push rod in the process that the withdrawn film paper passes.
