The present invention relates to a push rod adhesive bandage for promoting blood circulation by applying compression stimulation so that a push rod can adhere to blood vessels in the human body through adhesion thereof. In addition, the present invention relates to a withdrawing device for a push rod adhesive bandage, which can hygienically and cleanly store and use a push rod by attaching adhesive bands to roll-shaped film paper for protecting an adhesive surface thereof such that the adhesive bands are stored in a case having a withdrawing function and can be automatically separated together with the push rod in the process of withdrawing the film paper, and can increase a storage amount of the push rod adhesive bandage in proportion to the length of the film paper. In other words, when a plurality of push rod adhesive bandages are attached at dense intervals to the roll-shaped film paper including a coated surface, the film paper is supported by a bobbin placed in an enclosure and then, the film paper is stored in the case in order to be withdrawn continuously from one end thereof.
