PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that can generate an image displaying a contour image of a back surface and is more convenient than a moire camera.SOLUTION: A 3D measurement device 10 photographs a back surface of an evaluation object person to generate a texture image and 3D shape data. A contour image generation unit 14 generates a contour image of the back surface from the 3D shape data. An image compositing unit 16 composites the contour image with the texture image to generate a composite image similar to a moire image formed by a moire camera.
