PURPOSE: A nostril insert for the prevention of infection is provided to kill pathogenic bacteria and to have a similar structure with nasal cavity. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical nostril insert for the prevention comprises: an outer cover(10) cut from the height axis of a cylindrical shape with a constant gap parallel； a protrusion(40) larger than the nostril insert in the lowermost of the nostril insert； single mucilage(20), or single mucilage including fungicide in the inner skin of the nostril insert； and the hair of the nostril(30). The outer skin of the cylindrical nostril insert comprises one or more kinds of resins, and has the diameter of 5-50 mm and the length of 10 mm.본 발명은 사람 및 동물의 호흡과정 중 어떠한 불편함이나 장애를 느끼지 않으면서 비산되는 먼지와 공기감염 및 비말감염에 의한 호흡기 질환은 물론 세균감염을 방지하기 위하여 비강 크기의 원통형 타입 비강 삽입물로 구성되고, 비강 삽입물을 비강에 삽입 시 상기 비강 삽입물은 원통형 타입으로 구성되되, 원통형 비강삽입물 외피의 일부가 높이에 걸쳐 절개되고, 양쪽 절개부위가 높이에 걸쳐 상호 평행하게 형성되어 비강삽입시 비강내부와 탄력결합될 수 있도록 하고, 호흡에 의해 비강 삽입물 내부로 유입되는 입자성 물질이나 병원성 세균의 제거율 또는 사멸율을 높이기 위하여 원통형 비강 삽입물 내부에 공기의 흐름과 접하는 부분에 단독의 점액질 또는 살균제가 포함된 점액질과 비모(鼻毛)로 구성된 감염방지용 비강(鼻腔) 삽입물에 관한 것이다.
