Hooking parts having downwardly concave shapes are continuously formed at one side of the ring-shaped main frame. The bar is formed at the other side of the main frame, and at the opposite side of the hooking parts. The arc-shaped sub-frame downwardly protrudes from the main frame, and both ends of the sub-frame are connected to both sides of the main frame.
