The first cushion section is fixed to the backrest section by the action of a tensile force from a belt, etc., being a first attachment member that causes same to come in contact with the backrest. The second and third cushion sections are fixed to a frame or support columns to which the armrests are fixed, by the action of a tensile force acting towards the front from second and third attachment members that form a belt shape, etc., extending towards the front form the front end sections of the second and third cushion sections, and by the action of a torsional force acting on the first cushion section towards the front, via the second and third cushion sections.
