A composition comprising the green tea extract or flavonol glycosides isolated therefrom is provided to inhibit production of intermediates or AGEs(advanced glycation end-products) by protein glycation reaction, so that the composition is useful for improving skin wrinkles. A composition for improving skin wrinkles comprises 0.0001-10 wt.% of flavonol glycosides isolated from the green tea extract as an effective ingredient, wherein the flavonol glycosides are flavonol galactose glycosides or quercetin glycosides and inhibit protein glycation reaction； the composition is a cosmetic, a pharmaceutical external skin or an edible composition； and the daily dosage of flavonol glycosides is 0.001-2000 mg/kg. 본 발명은 녹차 추출물 또는 녹차 추출물로부터 유래된 성분인 플라보놀 배당체(flavonol glycosides)를 함유하여 단백질 당화(protein glycation) 반응에 의한 중간생성물 또는 최종산물(AGEs； advanced glycation end-products)의 생성을 억제하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이를 이용하여 주름개선 효과를 가지는 화장료용, 의료용 또는 식품용 조성물 용도로 활용할 수 있다.
